Data we collect

This site does not create any user accounts. It collects data when you voluntarily fill in one of its forms: contact, free SEO pre-audit request (on a page or in a pop-up), project description, video call or callback request, and when you use our free tools.

The information sent is what you enter: depending on the form, your first and last name, your email, your phone number, your company, your website URL, a keyword and the content of your message. No sensitive data is requested.

We also analyze the connection IP address to identify, where applicable, the organization (not the person) visiting our site, for B2B sales prospecting purposes, on the basis of our legitimate interest. The IP address is not stored: only the organization name and the pages viewed are sent to our internal messaging. The “Global Privacy Control” or “Do Not Track” setting in your browser disables this processing.

Why and for how long

This data is used solely to handle your request: confirm receipt, reply to you, call you back, prepare a quote or send you the audit requested. It is not sold, transferred or used for advertising profiling.

Requests received are kept for the duration of the business exchange, then archived for three years from the last contact, in line with the CNIL’s recommendations on prospecting.

Who has access

Only the AVANGARDISM team accesses these requests. They pass through our service providers, processors within the meaning of the GDPR who do not use them for their own purposes: email delivery (Resend), the team’s internal messaging (Slack), SMS delivery for callback requests (Twilio), identifying the organization from the IP address (IPinfo), the SEO data for our free tools (Haloscan, which only receives the domain or keyword entered) and anti-bot protection on the video call form (Cloudflare Turnstile).

Some of these providers are based in the United States: transfers rely on the Data Privacy Framework or on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

If you book a time slot from the contact page, the appointment is made through Calendly, which then receives the information needed to hold it: name, email and chosen time slot. This provider acts as a processor and hosts this data in the United States, on the basis of the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Cookies and audience measurement

This site does not set any advertising cookies or audience measurement trackers. Your browser’s local storage is used only to remember that you have already closed an information pop-up, so it is not shown to you again: this data stays on your device and is never sent to us.

The appointment booking calendar is the only third-party content on this site. It is loaded only if you click “Open the calendar”: until you do, no request is sent to Calendly and it sets no cookies. Once the calendar is open, Calendly may set cookies for its own operation.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, as well as the right to data portability. To exercise these rights, write to us at hello@avangardism.com: we reply within one month.

If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL (the French data protection authority): cnil.fr.
